AFFILLIATES
NSW Freedom of Information is affilliated with a number of other 'like' community operated public services. We are 'like' due to the concerns we collectively hold about agency and judicial misconduct and abuse of power. Each affilliate sees misconduct and abuse of power through their own personal lens and as such the concerns felt by each affilliate may differ slightly through their choice of communication. NSW Freedom of Information totally respects those differing concerns and the owner's viewpoints. Our common denominator of course is shining a light on and exposing corruption at every level of government, but most particularly in the area of Administrative Law concerning the exercise of current freedom of information and privacy legislation. Those pieces of legislation are now referred to as the GIPA Act 2009 and PPIP Act 1998. As with this Community Service Site, those other public services (affilliates) have been initiated through painful, traumatising experiences with the NSW judiciary, particularly the NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal, NCAT, and most particularly through agency misconduct in the exercise of the GIPA Act. Some of us now suffer severe PTSD the direct result of dealing with NSW Government Agencies and our current Administrative Law(s). The GIPA Act is the replacement accronym for its predecessor legislation the FOI Act. We encourage visitors to this Site to support our affilliates, subscribe, and contribute to the ever-growing conversations the public is demanding for the purposes of initiating overdue change to the current NSW Administrative Legislations and NSW Judicial System with its enabling legislation(s). We encourge new 'like' community operated public services to contact us and share their information in the hope of helping the general public. We also warn affilliates their information is being constantly and covertly sourced, trolled, and dossiered to use against those who oppose corruption and maladministration in the NSW Government Sector. It is a cartel mentality of "us" and "them", with one agency making that disparity clear at a public meeting in July 2018. The Administrator of this Site has documented evidence NSW Government Agencies are currently working very hard to wear anti-corruption crusaders down, even at the cost of engaging NSW Police to unlawfully apply pressure and intimidate them. Such is the very close network and solid relationship between NSW Government Agencies and law enforcement operators when it comes to their continued joint jefforts to obstruct legitimate access to NSW Government Information, and to conceal and protect those acting corruptly who abuse their positions for their own and their colleagues' personal and professional again. Make no mistake: It's about agencies winning at all costs! Even if that cost includes denying the public's most fundamentally democratic legally enforceable rights (supposed).
