Ministerial Debate
House of Public Representatives – CRAP Implementation Review Session
Speaker: The House will now consider matters relating to the CRAP framework.
Member for Northbridge:Is it not the case that CRAP has introduced additional layers of approval without reducing processing times?
Minister for Administrative Efficiency:On the contrary. Processing times are now more thoroughly processed, ensuring procedural completeness at every stage of processing.
Member for Lakeside:Can the Minister explain why nothing appears to have changed?
Minister:What the Member describes as “nothing changing” is, in fact, a highly stable implementation of continuous procedural equilibrium.
Member for Southport:Has CRAP reduced duplication of effort?
Minister:CRAP has successfully standardised duplication across all departments, ensuring consistency in duplicated processes.
Member for Westmere:Is CRAP delivering value for money?
Minister:Value is now measured in alignment units, procedural instances, and compliance echoes. Under those metrics, CRAP is performing at optimal inefficiency-adjusted efficiency.
Speaker:Order. The question is whether the Minister can confirm CRAP is working.
Minister:Yes.
