FOI Forensic Series
Welcome to our new feature commencing in 2026, our FOI Forensic Series!
As our media release of 01st January 2026 stated, this series aims to dissect NCAT cases of significant public interest.
The first in this series is titled "How to orchestrate a Section 110 Application under the GIPA Act 2009" concerns the collusion of (3) three NSW government agencies; Dept of Communities & Justice, Port Stephens Council, and Goulburn Mulwaree Council.
These three amigos tapped into approximately $300,000.00 of public money resources for the purposes of shackling the legal rights of the public to access NSW government information.
This series exposes the actions of these actors from the lodging of the Section 110 Application through to the finale.
