NSW Government Agency Employees Use Public Monies to
Instigate Legal Threats of Defamation in Order to
Hide Public Dissatisfaction in Provision of Legislated Services

nor subject their performance to public scrutiny,"George Brandis, (then) Attorney General, 27.02.2015
Yes, it's all about the content on this Site. It's about shining a very bright light onto agency misconduct, abuse of position, and controlling the narrative.
NSW government agency employees, particularly Right to Information & Privacy Officers and those performing those related functions, are very angry their unnacceptable conduct in the exercise of statutory functions is being exposed.
They're very angry the bluff, fudging forms and fees, and ultimatums are out in the open.
They're very angry their delegated powers are being questioned.
They're very angry their conduct has been documented.
And they're very angry their conduct is published as a matter of the greatest public interest.
The public has the fundamental right to know precisely how tax-payer-funded agencies are responding to valid requests for information and how agencies are dealing with the public's personal information, particularly when most people are not lawyers, are not legally represented, and they approach agencies at first instance on the basis of trust in their representative government.
It is only once that trust has been irreparably shattered that the public has a new reality.
So who are these publicly-paid government employees using public monies for their own personal use to threaten defamation in response to open conversations and sharing of agency misconduct, in endeavours to silence the public and ensure subservience to their will, and bury the evidence of their dastardly deeds?

We invite the public to submit comments and feedback about these serious issues where NSW government employees act to use public monies for personal use, to stifle the public's rights to share information and opinions, and publish public documents.
The form to do so will be on the relevant pages.
